Description:
Seeking highly motivated, energetic, team-oriented Individual contributors willing to take the challenge of ensuring that complex IPs can be tested and manufactured in an efficient manner, using DFT flow skills including design, implementation, verification and testing.
You would be working remotely for a semiconductor company based in the U.S, as part of an experienced and motivated team of Designers. You should be able to address the challenges brought by state-of-the-art projects and applications in a collaborative and proactive manner.

- Automating the DFT flow.
- Release process automation.
- GLS simulation automation.
- Design database management automation.
- MBIST
- SMS tool
- SMS configuration, Builder implementation. SMS verification and debug.
- Top level pattern generation through Si_debug tool.
- Post silicon pattern generation, customization and debug.
- ATE pattern customization.
- SMS product consultation.
- Issue debug.
- Develop scripts for customer applications.
- DFT Methodology development using TCL
- Worked on automating and enhancing the flow .
- Clock Fix-up utility.
- PDS net optimization code.
- development of CLP tool.
- LBIST insertion flow.
- automated RRFA analysis and TPI.
- Test Structure Verification (TSV)
- DFT verification
- JTAG based test mode verification.
