About the Role

A leading global tech team is looking for a Senior Verification Engineer to take ownership of pre-silicon RTL verification across cutting-edge hardware projects. You will be at the heart of digital design validation, developing test environments, driving coverage closure, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, high-performance silicon systems.

What We Expect From You

• Plan and execute verification strategies for complex RTL designs (block-level and system-level)

• Develop testbenches using UVM or other modern verification methodologies

• Implement constrained-random, directed, and formal verification techniques

• Define and track functional coverage goals; identify and close gaps

• Debug simulation failures and root-cause hardware issues

• Collaborate closely with design, architecture, and post-silicon teams

• Contribute to continuous improvement in verification processes and infrastructure

• Mentor junior engineers and guide verification best practices

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience

• 8+ years of experience in RTL verification for ASICs and FPGAs

• Strong command of SystemVerilog, Verilog, and Specman/e for functional verification

• Proficient in creating and using verification components and environments based on standard methodologies

• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming concepts applied to hardware verification

• Experience verifying CPUs, SoCs, microprocessor cores, hierarchical memory subsystems, and standard IP components

• Skilled in CPU implementation, assembly language, and ASIC system verification

Preferred Qualifications

• MSc in Electronics or related subject

• Hybrid (experience across different verification approaches)
