Junior Verification Engineer
Location: India, Remote
About the Role
Kickstart your career in semiconductor design and verification! We’re looking for a motivated Junior Verification Engineer to join our team and help ensure the quality and reliability of digital designs. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers to learn and contribute to verification environments for SoCs, IP blocks, and cutting-edge hardware.
What We Expect From You
- Assist in developing and running verification tests using SystemVerilog and UVM
- Support the creation of test plans and verification environments
- Execute directed and constrained-random test cases, and collect coverage data
- Collaborate with senior engineers to debug RTL designs and resolve issues
- Maintain and update regression suites and automation scripts
- Learn and apply verification methodologies and tools in a fast-paced environment
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- 2+ years of experience creating and using verification components and environments in standard verification methodology
- Basic knowledge of digital design concepts and RTL coding (Verilog/SystemVerilog)
- Familiarity with verification methodologies (UVM experience is a plus but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or TCL (for automation)
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Preferred Qualifications
- MSc in Electronics or related subject
- Hybrid (experience across multiple approaches is a plus)
