Agile and Lean Mindset

While we use agile and lean methods to build all the cool stuff for our customers, we go much beyond that to actually integrate it into our core philosophy – both at work and outside. This implies multiple things: our engagement model is flexible and adaptable, our processes are simple and lightweight, our methods are pragmatic and empirical, we build iteratively in increments and we bias for action and outcomes.
